A win, win scenario for everyone.

Not only will AGI get a pit of gold at a very cheap price, but it will be able to cut expenses whiile reaping the rewards.  If this deal goes through I expect shares to climb to mid 30's.  AGI has now just caught the attention of some big players if they hadn't had it before.  Ar investors will get rewarded by the hike in AGI's share price.  IMO

RBC and BMO analysts see a 20 to 30% upside with this deal,  HELLO!!!!!  very conservative.
