The idea goes as follows, as an example; "If China doesn't buy USA canola then we will supply it and make a ton of money". Well Canola trades on world commodity exchanges and is priced on world markets. I know Pulses are different but my point is to be very careful how you think things out. I am always amazed how often events don't turn out how you might expect. Here is todays news to support my example.
