Horrible situation for small shareholders. Only recourseavailable to avoid bankruptcy protection. I can't believe Fairfax is willing to add to the investment, but they have deep pockets and time on their hands. Not having to file public reports will also remove strategic information from competitors as well as making the company much more nimble. Another commodity bust! Been nice to know you guys. I hope I was able to help some of you from buying on the way down. Good luck on your next trade. J
