I doubt it; there's no reason for a trading halt to cut the dividend, they could have announced that when Q2 earnings are released.

About a year ago AGT had to prematurely announce quarterly results ahead of schedule as partial details leaked out... From a standpoint of keeping a tight lid on their financials, I don't think it reflects well on them if that happens a second time... hopefully this is something else.
