new company
Any idea what the div will be of the new company ? Is anyone doing a running arbitrage analyst for discounts on entering either ?

Chuck Magro says shareholder value will be of utmost importance. Higher dividends based on share buyback and debt reduction. Asset sales mainly from POT on the merge will create $5+billion that will all go to paying down their debt. Look for a Nutrien SP of $59-$61 based on current value. Where it goes form there well that's part of the fun. As always, Dyodd glta.
