RE:RE:Almonty Talks Mine Development in SKMy understanding is, when ever a mining project is built, Gold, Silver etc. it goes through comissioning process which may be 3-4 months or more to shake out any issues, problems etc. and fix what ever needs to be until the operations are running smoothly and consistently all the way, including the production and processing of end product. 

Once that is achieved, operations are declared to be in "Production" .. So personally, considering where we are I am inclined to think they do mean comissioning in Q4 and after the shake out, Production will be declared, perhaps by 1st Qtr. 2023.. All depends on how long it takes to shake out the process..
