RE:RE:construction setback or some unknown delay????

Well I should probably start chewing on my hat, no news Monday. I had really talked myself into it being a real possibility.

5ilver, it might have been you a while back who said we may not get an update until the iif, at the time I though no chance. Looks like you may end up correct.

I've been trying to come up with positive and negative ideas why no updates, please add to my list:

Positive
- they are so busy constructing and working on the build and downstream negotiations that updates are their last priority.
- they don't really care about the share price because they don't need much or any money at this point and no insiders are planning on selling before production.
- they are negotiating with a third party about a potential takeover (highly doubtful given insider stake and current prices).

Negative
- construction setback or cost overrun they don't want to talk about. Possible but I can't see these being significant, they have paid for all the expensive stuff already, how hard can it be to negotiate a concrete pour and find people to put up some metal and assemble pre-made equipment.
- disagreement with someone they owe money to about an extension. Maybe, but I think their big partners are pretty vested in the project.
- they want the share price to be as low as possible for a potential take private transaction by insiders. Even if this were to be attempted I still think shareholders get over $1 a share.

Beyond these I'm at a bit of a loss. I think most likley given the companies past actions is a combination of the first two positives.
