Old Woulfe Insiders

Old Woulfe InsidersYou sparked my interest in guessing who might be selling. Only info I know of is the old insider reports for Woulfe, these would be the largest shareholders who got free shares of Almonty.

Assumptions:
1. Only those getting free shares in Almonty would want to sell right now.
2. All of the options and warrants from Woulfe were in the money and converted into Almonty shares (I don't think this is acccurate, but I'm not interested enough to try to figure this out).
3. 2015 conversion of one Woulfe share for 0.1029 shares of Almonty.

Dundee held the most, they have sold all of their shares as reported in their public financial disclosures.

Korea Zinc is next, they are insiders for Almonty and still own shares, I don't expect them to be selling.

Colonial First State Asset Management from Australia had up to 33 million shares of Woulfe, so received about 3,395,700 shares of Almonty. Don't know anything about this group.

The rest of the previous Woulfe Insiders, estimated volume of Almonty Shares:
2,160,900 - Se Woo Mining
2,160,900 - The CFS Wholesale Global Resource Fund
2,160,000 - Wesson family
720,000 - Kable Resource Sapphire Fund
2,400,000 - 14 different individuals, none with more than 500,000 almonty shares from their woulfe shares.

Whoever it might be, if it is one of the above, and it is the same group/individual that Lewis first mentioned back in September 2022, as the european based group/individual, not part of their core investor group, then they can't have many shares left. 18 months of selling is a long time if all they held was a few million share or less.
