I have been realigning my portfolios and put in limit orders so I double it was little o'l me.

I was trying to snag up another 20k or so, and this guy kept shimming my bids.  I ended up with another 16.5k, but complete fills kept eluding me as this guy kept snagging the top 1k to 5k shares off larger market sells.  What should have been one order and done ended up three partial fills.

I hear you..... I have been fortunate so far I have been able to get my bulk shares in one purchase.
