Next 30 days - Will, Should & Could

In the next 30 days we WILL GET. . .

The 10 IIF on February 21.  This usually reassures that thing are progressing at our mines.

We SHOULD GET. . .

An announcement regarding level 4 construction at the Pana mine.  It was previously stated that construction would commence in Feb 2024

News on the next drawdown.  Last one was November 21 and there’s previously been 3 - 4 months between drawdowns.

We COULD GET. . .

An announcement of a deal with US government regarding supplying Tungsten from the Pana mine.

An update on the Moly reserves.

Possible uptick on the price of APT after the Chinese New Year.

Update on the downstream plant.

I also feel like a financing is in the works so we could get news on that.

As always just my thoughts. . .

whois

there always seems to be a financing in the works. they seem to do a heck of a lot more financing than they do mining

Financing announced.  Feelings are just that and don't mean anything but I wasnt off on this. . . whois

What is the general consensus on this financing news on the forum?

Insiders have a lot of involvement which is exactly what I want to see. During times of silence this is how we know that all is still going in the right direction.
Comment by QuarterDollar on Mar 23, 2024 12:57pm
Insider involvement is good to see as it is better than going to the trough to get the funds. But the fact that they had to raise money means they don't have much in the bank. On a positive note, they are moving forward on further development because there is strong interest.
Comment by corton68 on Mar 23, 2024 5:24pm
They're essentially a development company until Korea opens. KFW money is project finance money and for Sangdong construction only. Anything additional outside of normal earnings will have to come from outside but if it's insiders funding and it's driving growth for all of us while they also build Sangdong I can live with that all day long!
Comment by TradingKiwi on Mar 23, 2024 5:29pm
I think we already knew money was tight, so no surprises there.   Two key things in my mind.  1)  Insiders have access to onstie progress first hand walking around, Sandong can't be too far away from project plans.  They would be well within their rights to release a "bad news project update" if things weren't going to schedule (lower the SP) then raise ...more
Comment by chizzles on Mar 23, 2024 5:53pm
They are for sure getting the funding cheap. There is a large shareholder getting out that is pushing the SP down, but then insiders are financing at these cheap prices, which I'm ok with as we need the funding for "accelerating the downstream project planning and further investigation of the Moly due to increasing interest in the material domestically." Which to me, is really ...more

Is there a universe where insiders could have been keeping the price down for the sake of this financing round and now the brakes are officially off? Or am I reaching on that thought? Very exciting times ahead either way!
Comment by whoisyourpapa on Mar 24, 2024 10:38am
Yes!!!  In my opinion that universe totally exists.  I think we'll start seeing proof of that this coming week. They'll probably take out the seller from velocity or maybe that ask will dissapear.  We shall see. . . New 52 week high this month?  Here's hoping! whois
Comment by chizzles on Mar 24, 2024 12:09pm
I 100% agree that universe exists. Now, lets get this out of the way: It is also anticipated that the Company will close on one or more tranches of CDN Units of which, it is expected that Lewis Black, CEO of the Company, Andrew Frazer and Mark Trachuk, both Directors of the Company, and Andrew Ryu, VP of Almonty Korea Tungsten Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, will participate in ...more

Ask is still there as of this morning. 100k @ 0.63.
Comment by corton68 on Mar 25, 2024 10:04am
yep someone continues to play games. im guessing almontys success is painful for them hence their actions but we'll soon blow through them despite their best efforts. cant stop a rising tide
Comment by cubesoftungsten on Mar 25, 2024 4:29pm
10.6k volume a day won't make much of a dent, we need volume and for that we need some attention from more than just a handful of insiders.
Comment by TwelveBagger on Mar 25, 2024 4:38pm
Bit of a dog day. Anticipated more "pop" today. Reminds me of the Dumb and Dumber quote "I expected the Rocky Mountains to be a little rockier than this"
Comment by corton68 on Mar 25, 2024 5:34pm
Velocity trying to rattle anyone looking. We get through that and we're clear
Comment by chizzles on Mar 25, 2024 6:03pm
Anyone have level 2? How does it look behind that wall at $0.63?
Comment by whoisyourpapa on Mar 25, 2024 8:52pm
46K shares for sale to $1 but its pretty meaningless as it could change at anytime and most certainly would if the share price was to start moving up. whois
Comment by cubesoftungsten on Mar 26, 2024 10:02am
Seems the wall @0.63 has been replenished to 100k shares.
Comment by corton68 on Mar 26, 2024 12:03pm
the games continue....
Comment by whoisyourpapa on Mar 26, 2024 1:09pm
Unfortunately yes the games continue which is annoying short term but irrelevant long term. PS we should get year end financials lather this week. . . whois

Comment by whoisyourpapa on Apr 01, 2024 2:12pm
If the seller is our European guy they might be back tomorrow as they take it pretty easy in Europe on Easter Monday
Comment by TwelveBagger on Apr 02, 2024 8:46am
Has the wall returned?
Comment by cubesoftungsten on Apr 02, 2024 9:13am
Yes. I guess this confirms its a European seller.
