Who is Building?

It will be interesting to hear what he says, as:  POSCO E&C (South Korea) is confirmed as the builder.  Their website confirms, and Copilot when asked if it is on schedule, responded;;;;;;;;The project commissioning is expected to be completed by the end of 2024, followed by a 12 month ramp up period.
Of course, the input is probably only as good as the output, so those dates could change.
