Re Buyout!

Aimia is currently suing Mithaq for various breaches of the Securities Act (Ontario).and you are worried about the optics of insulting Mithaq. The fair value is NOT $3.66 bottom line !!!!

We both agree $3.66 is a lowball offer. I just don't see the point of insulting Mithaq. Aimia management should explore whether they can negotiate with Mithaq for a better offer.
