RE:RE:Harvard Biz School case study...with emphasis on BS

RE:RE:Harvard Biz School case study...with emphasis on BS Hasn't one of the Paladin options (Tufropes or Bozzetto) already expired?    In any case, I want to know what's up with Paladin.    According to Phil, they were trying to raise a fund but couldn't.  But they've done nothing except these "deals" with Aimia.  Where the hell did Aimia find these guys?  Why is Eric Hauser still on the boards of Tufropes and Bozzetto?  I'm highly suspicious of the whole arrangement.

Both TD and Jeffries lowered their targets, but both have "buy" ratings.  I'd also appreciate seeing the reports if anyone has them.

Are you calculating $5 NAV from $6 BVPS less the preferred equity?  Or are you making other haircuts?
