COO Suzi Herbst has "resigned" after 3 months on the job.  That hiring didn't make any sense from the start,  but certainly not in the context of searching fo an "operations-focused" CEO.

Sounds like they are still a little lost to put it mildly. Earnings should be out in a couple of weeks.
