It's a matter of show me the money!!!
It always comes down to money , the low ball bid is laughable and should be without question not recommended. I did not know Amia was up for putting itself up for sale and accepting this low offer would suggest issues with the company that was in need of a bailout. Amia should searth for possible suitors if a sale is being contemplated. The regulators will get the the bottom of the issues and let either party talk themselves out of the mess they created.
