Mittleman Commentary on Aimia

Mittleman Commentary on AimiaBelow is the link to Mittleman's Quarterly commentary, which contains a lengthy discussion about Aimia.  It is their most indepth discussion about their thoughts on Aimia to date.    One thing that I did not realize is that the Mexican assets are kept in corporate entity that is not liable for Aeroplan redemptions.  They also reveal their current average cost per unit ($2.05 Canadian, at today's exchange) and that their fair value estimate is $7.42 CDN post Nectar.   (Their valuation was much higher pre Nectar sale).
