Where is the premium exactly??
Notice how AC pulls valuation on the rest of AIM non AP assets from the Q1 Mittleman report but does not include the same valuation for AP itself. Forget to mention Mittleman valuation on AP is $6.57 and you're offering $1.65? Hmmm I don't see a premium. Then rich of them to add $2 valuation for the rest of the assets and call that a premium to AIM closing price.. Also Aero Mexico isn't offering any premium at all that I can see for PLM. Both companies can do alot better. Let's see what happens. First offer is usually the low ball. I wonder what the war room is like this morning @ AIM.. crazy times. -Uber
