$5 for whole company offer inc?
The consortium can buy all of AIM and split it up between themselves... Making an offer for the best part of AIM is pretty strange as far as offers go. Usually companies who want an asset from another company buy out the whole company. They tend to not go public with am offer for their best asset. I mean, after AP what is there left for AIM to do? Sit on PLM and collect dividends? They would be forced to more or less liquidate the rest of the company anyways. I feel they are in talks for the company as a whole right now. -Uber
