You can't write an open letter to the board (an effectively, every investor) stating that they believe Aeroplan is worth a "conservative" 1B and then "approve" a sale of 450M... I know there are levels of strategy to this game that is definitely working for them - but I'm not puttng muh stock into what they have to say anymore.

As for Cardlytics, wouldnt the sale have to happen BEFORE Aeroplan is sold off to AC for the stock to rise? When AIMIA sells Aeroplan to AC the stock should drop dramatically. Cardlytics won't be enough to prop it up past 5. I know that AIMIA will have a lot of cash at hand but investors won't have any faith in what's left of AIMIA.

I want to be convinced that AIM will go to at least 5.00 but I just can't see it. I want to believe...

the proof is in the SP movment.. the only thing keeping it at 4+ per share is the new about AP getting sold to AC, other than that the SP would be near 3 but high 2s. shareholders want AP sale. i dont i dont besides that fact that they can start fresh without liabilities and other debts
