It's actually more like Ford Motors selling Land Rover and Jaguar Motors to Tata Motors and then you expecting that Ford continues to build cars with the help of the janitor.

This is a sell off. Most AIMIA will be is a holding company. No one was ever interested in continuing the loyalty business. If they were they wouldnt have sold for 450 and would have held out for 1B. This is a quick flip and a good-bye.



omg this is exactly what I thought,  I feel itchy to pull the trigger any day now. But I know this is bullish.. But I'm feeling the vote will be no.. Why would aima share holders vote yes...
