RE:RE:RE:RE:Who Are Mittleman Bros?

RE:RE:RE:RE:Who Are Mittleman Bros?Hi Appleguy:  I wish that was the case!   The "Mittleman Support Agreement" is an August 2018 document and is different than the March 2018 "Mittlement Agreement".  The support agreement requries Mittleman to support the sale of Aimia Canada Inc. to the consortium.  The Mittleman Agreement was exeucted in March and was the agreement that got him 2 board positions in exchange for his forebearnace against taking several types of corporate actions until July 2019.

Appleguy wrote: Mattywack2...You make some good points but after reading the circular it seems that your assumption that Mittelman will wait until the end of his lockup agreement may be only a remote possibility... on page 31 it says “ the Mittelman Support Agreement shall terminate on the earliest of : January 15, 2019 or (iii) the closing date” and on page 28 it says that either party may terminate the agreement if it does not close on or prior to January 31/2019.  I think the “quiet period might last at most, until the end of January.
