RE:No Reason For Anyone To Invest in AIM

RE:No Reason For Anyone To Invest in AIMIf we are talking “foreseeable futures” then let’s remember the very foreseeable future that Mittelman (with the obvious overwhelming support of shareholders including LW and Breach) takes control of the board in July when his standstill expires. That will be just over a month away from the end of the SIB.

As LW and Breach (and I suspect mittelman behind his temporary muzzle) believe, the shares are trading way way below NAV simply because of the board’s stated insistence that they will double down on their failed Loyalty solutions.  Even without explicit direction, the shares will trade MUCH higher with a board commitment to strategic asset purchases that are not hemmed into that space.
