RE:Cardlytics (CDLX) is on a tear today...Thanks for pointing that out.  Yes, at the closing price it makes it almost exactly 1 dollar a share, just a touch under, depending on whether or not the NCIB has been used.

It just goes to show how undervalued the stock is from an asset valuation: $1 a share for the CRLX, which is liquid and ascertainable.  AeroMexico's stink bid, which they themselves in an earnings call said they were willing to revist, is still $2.01 a share.   So with just those 2 assets, one at market price and one at the super low offer that was on the table, the stock is worth $3.01 alone.   Then add the cash and we are so far over the market price its ridiculous, for a company with ZERO debt.

This type of discrepancy between NAV and SP starts to invite actions taking it private, or takeover bids.  I suspect that something of the sort may be in the works.
