RE:RE:RE:Aimia Shareholders for Accountability- take action

RE:RE:RE:Aimia Shareholders for Accountability- take actionYes, I am pretty sure it is 5%.  Frischer has 1.6%, so he needs roughly another 3,978,000 shares.  I presume that if Laughing Waters and Breach Inlet supported him he would be close to that amount.  That said, even if a person has a smaller holding like around 50,000, it is still worth while to communicate support.  I think Aimia has a large amount of its shares held by smaller retail investors, and the little people may be important if things get close.  If 20 guys that have 50k indicate their support,  that is a million shares right there.  It all adds up.  Obviously, the bigger the holding the better.   When the dividend was eliminated, lots of institutional investors fled the stock, so I think there is a greater than normal amount of small retail holders in this wacky stock.

I’m sure we all want this to happen but if anyone has a large position say 2-300k shares or more you should contact him as it would speed up the process as it is logistically harder to get 500 little guys to sign it than 10 big guys...
