RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Aimia Shareholders for Accountability- take actionYes they could.  The discussion below was premised on Mittleman deciding to be silent on this one and let someone else raise the issues, as he was on the board, or for some other reason.  If he wants a new meeting he can just call a meeting himself.  For some reason he hasn't done that.  My guess is that there is something in the works, either sale of the whole company to a third party, sale of PLM, or else Mittleman is trying to take this private, and is gathering backers in order to make a takeover bid.  There is a short article on Motley Fool that suggests "rumours" that Mittleman is tring to take it private:
