RE:Strategic Moves at AIM

RE:Strategic Moves at AIMThanks for posting that.  Interesting.   Chris Mittleman went on TV the other day, said that he was getting excellent people to replace the current board.  Then on Monday morning the Board announces new directors.   Why didn't they present these directors to the SHs at the AGM?  This is all very strange.  Their resumes look strong, but it does seem that they have pledged some alligiance to Rabe and his vision of the company, given this part of the PR:

"These highly qualified individuals expand the Board's depth, experience and collective skill-set and further strengthen and align its leadership and oversight capabilities around the company's strategic direction as a loyalty and travel-focused consolidator."

So, I can't see Mittleman Bros. being happy about that.  Of course, all speculation: for all I know these are two of the people Mittleman has selected.  But somehow I doubt it.  It seems more like a desparate attempt by Rabe to get together more Directors that will support him, but have resumes strong enough to hopefully survive a SH vote.  I don't think it will work, but it looks like Rabe is not going down without a fight.
