RE:Mittleman speaksWell, there you have it.  It is pretty much open war between Mittleman Bros. and Rabe.  Note the reference in their release to boards that are "captured by management".   It also shows that Rabe is not going to give up his 1.8 million salary without a fight.  I suspect that this file just moved to lawyers' desks this morning, if it hasn't already been there for a while.  Rabe knows that he is fired once a new board is established, so he will do everything he can to try to stall or hamper MB's attempt to requisition a new meeting, and get him out.  I wouldn't be surprised if this moves to litigation.
