RE:RE:RE:AeroMexico secured it's loan with it's share of PLM

Listening to the Fireside Chat it seems to me that Mittleman's major concern is covering their butt if Aero Mex exercises Chapter 11. It also seems Aimia took their PLM 49% common shares , and turned them into the LIKENESS of a 49% PREFFERED share, securing Aimia's position. In other words if everything goes to the chopping block ,Aimia will be first to be paid out. That is clever , and out of the box thinking.IMO
