Mithaq Capital

So it seems that Mithaq Captial out of Saudi Arabia now owns over 10% of the common stock and is buying more every day.  I wonder what their intentions are.  Make a takeover bid at 20%?  Do they want to take it private?   They now have more shares than MIM controls.

I agee it seems like many companies are targeted like AMIA because of the low share price and the outcome will be a buyout at 20% premium. What a shame !!! Shame on all of you that let this happen!

This was my post Febuary 11, 2022. I would normally agree with you in a world with no short sellers and the stocks being manipulate by other forces.  I also own HCG and I understand its not the same industry but it does draw a comparison of sorts. HCG like AIMIA use to pay dividends and that is why investors were attracted to the companies. HCG buys back significant amount of shares and as of ...more
