Its Midstream segment also consists of natural gas and NGL marketing business, domestic logistics, trucking and rail terminals, and liquid storage capability. Its subsidiaries include Wrangler 1 LLC, WGL Holdings, Inc. and others.

Thanks for pointing that out. I read the paragraph did not pick up on the fact that the payments are dividends.

Just speculation but I wonder if the monthly payments wil be treated as part interest and part return of capital. I suspect the majority of the monthly payment will be from the escrowed funds and not the earned interest on the funds.
