Its Midstream segment also consists of natural gas and NGL marketing business, domestic logistics, trucking and rail terminals, and liquid storage capability. Its subsidiaries include Wrangler 1 LLC, WGL Holdings, Inc. and others.

If it was criminal, it would have to be reported and he would be charged. There would not be a nice press release thanking him for his service and allowing him to say it was a privilege working for you!

Probably a large shareholder did not like the way he was performing his job. Nothing criminal about that.
