It Utilities segment also includes storage facilities and contracts for interstate natural gas transportation and storage services, as well as the affiliated retail energy marketing business. Its Midstream segment includes global exports, which includes its two LPG export terminals; natural gas gathering and extraction, and fractionation and liquids handling. Its Midstream segment also consists of natural gas and NGL marketing business, domestic logistics, trucking and rail terminals, and liquid storage capability. Its subsidiaries include Wrangler 1 LLC, WGL Holdings, Inc. and others.

I have my Doubts... Andy Bell on BNN was just talking about the management trying to time the market when buying the american utility and screwing thus screwing the shareholders stock value also mentioned that insiders do not have a lot of skin in the game! I think that the company is now set for another down leg with tax loss selling about to happen and of course all the bad press... Maybe the stock goes to 11-12 who knows
