JOHN__as I have never been interested in any kind of ADVICE I had to check my Scotia account
to see what there is__and indeed they do have a full suite of Research/Commentary__with of course stuff from ScotiaMcLeod like the Morining Comments__along with the DF before the Bell.

Their independant Research is provided by CFRA Research__if you Google them you will find out they are one of the largest independants around the world HQ out of New York City.

As I have said NONE of this stuff has been of any interest to me__what REALLY makes ScotiaItrade MY One and ONLY choice is that they STILL give me MARGIN @ Prime Rate
of 3.95%__which I believe is VERY RARE these days__as for me every tenth of a point
makes a Significant difference amounting to several thousands of $$$$$$ each year.

The other feature I just can NOT find anything AS GOOD is Scotia's FLIGHT DESK
Platform__which has all the Bells and Whistles any trader would love to have__but for
me NOT being a trader the feature I just love is their presentation of LEVEL 11.

The LEVEL 11 of course is in REAL TIME__BUT I get to choose seeing the Level 11 data
either as Market by Price OR Market by Oder__and the difference is HUGE as all the
Market by Price shows is the TOTAL NUMBER of shares being BID/ASK for each penny
increment__along with how many seperate orders there are__and this is the Level 11
Version which ALL other Online Brokerages offer__NONE offer the Market by ORDER

The difference is HUGE in that Market by Order shows EVERYTHING the by Price version
PLUS it shows ALL the INDIVIDUAL ORDER DETAILS__which broker, how many shares,
time order placed__ALL in constantly changing REAL TIME__so this way I can SEE and
Marvel at ALL the GAMES being playing with the Level 11__especially all the computer
trading__it is VERY entertaining watching an actively trading large cap just for a few
minutes seeing all the numbers changing almost too quickly to even notice as all the
computer trading takes place.

In practice the REAL advantage of the Detailed Market by ORDER comes into play with
the less traded penny stocks__whereby being able to SEE the GAMES being PLAYED
will go a LONG way in NOT GETTING SUCKERED.

JOHN__do note though that I think that BOTH the Prime Rate AND the access to Market
by Order are available based upon Total Assets Held in your account__I am NOT SURE
what the Levels Required for BOTH of these HUGE Advantages might be__you would
need to consult with a Scotia Rep on that.

Scotia iTrade apparently has features that even I, as a client, didn't know about. Thanks for the education, Red Deer.
