Sometimes the forward looking market sees things that aren't there, sort of like the emperor's new clothes. Yesterday I heard an analyst or economist on cable news saying that he expects an L shaped recovery, which really isn't much of a recovery at all. I don't know with any certainty what is going to transpire, but I really doubt it will be V shaped. Consequently, I think it would be prudent to have lots of cash on hand being prepared for any scenario.
