So the 2million in savings that I attached is not the number for the Q2.  It's the savings from the Q1.  And this Quarter we are looking at 5-6 million.  That takes me to 214 million. The only issue I have is the RIPET #. Yours do make sense based on what you understand the numbers to be except it's the accountants that need to process the inf based on specific dates attached to the Q. And since the market expects everybody to be doing poorly during these economic times, they may be processing some LATE deliveries as part of Q3.  It's really not that big of a deal since whatever didn't get thrown in as part of Q2 will get added to Q3 for a bigger punch.
