As a utility WGL buys and transports NG. OP{rice increases are flow through to consumer. utanes Midstream- NG high prices are a negative to the liquid extraction of ethanes, propanes and butanes. higher btu costs for replacement btu's extracted are negative to midstream companies unles propane prices also increase.
