Realy a ''Core Holding''
Very good showing in the acttual rather ''slugish'' market.
Couple with a few gas and oil stocks..like VET and BIR.
this is a pretty good mix.

For myself , ALA is a long time core holding in the utilility infrastructure space. Recently , it's been recommended by several as top picks in that space. Wouldn't be fair to compare "torquey producer" names like Vermillion or Birchcliff in the same category. Just my two cents for what it's worth . GLTA

I always enjoy reading Bossu's posts I also have other stocks like whitecap, suncor, arc, tou and others as well. Altagas is my biggest holding ... Yeah there are people who say this and that but be youself as most of us do hold altagas as one of our main holdings and i enjoy reading what others have beside ALA as well. Cheers

Mylaughingstock, To say the least ,you are a real oily and gas ''lover'' Congrats with all the oil/gas stocks you are in and the cherry on the cake is of course ALA. In my my mind you are in a very hot sector and the place to have exposure Good luck

For the most part you are right but I also own a lot of different reits they help to bring some balance to my stocks names like DIR.UN, NWT.UN, PRV.UN, TNT.UN, REI.UN and a few others. Thanks for your posts and keep on keeping on being just you.

Those are good REITs and I own most of them. I also have CT.UN and GRT.UN. The strip mall and office REITs I avoided. TNT has office space but has government as a tenant. The true winners for me post-Covid have been the banks, and SplitCo banks and LifeCos. Fantastic capital gains and sweet monthly dividends.
