Market Continues to undervalue Alio Assets
I'd say this is pretty stupid analysis and very poor evaluation - I don't think anyone expects a Junior miner to build a new mine 100% from existing cash flow.  However, this does reinforce the upward battle Alio will have to shed past TMM ghosts and gain respect of the market and analysts.

Analyst Actions: Alio Gold Slips As BMO Capital Keeps Speculative Underperform, $6 Target Price
2017-05-17 11:51:00 AM ET (MT Newswires)

11:51 AM EDT, 05/17/2017 (MT Newswires) -- Alio Gold (ALO.TO), formerly Timmins Gold, was marginally lower in recent trade after BMO Capital reiterated a speculative underperform view and target price of $6.

BMO believes that the cash flow generated from San Francisco will not be sufficient to fund the entire construction of Ana Paula, resulting in a funding gap.

BMO increased its EPS estimates to $0.16 for 2017 and to $0.28 for 2018.

Price: 6.46 , Change: -0.04 , Percent Change: -0.6
