RE:TD Target $10.50Thats OK news from TD in that they still see ALO as a buy but they lowered there target price by a dollar and when ALO goes for more financing which they will need to do they may lower it again to maybe 8 bucks which is not good for the shareholders who bought this at 7.50 before the last financing
