 just dont understand how people can think this is a good deal...Before this deal we were valued at 10 to 12 bucks now we are valued at 4 bucks.. Sounds like a BS deal to me.. For it to be a good deal we  should be valued higher not lower...Any idea when the next fiancing will be just so we get more dilution..

Point takin, and true,    we see dilution, of course we are buying a company. Valuluations are usually based on what can be measured    what can be built will be something to see,,, if they can  expand all these mines which probably they will.. if they build Ana Paula and it produces gold  if they can turn this small company into something bigger and better by buying,
