DivvyOn the subject of that extra divvy...seems to me they could have taken that payout from the alderon bankruptcy..and just distributed it plus a bit extra for say ...a nice little 10 cent extra.
I dont get the reluctance...after all the oils have finally come to the realization that shareholders would like to see the cash...and the golds as well..even Barrick or Agnico pay a healthy dividend.
Years ago , when Canada was a mining giant it seems like everyone paid out healthy extras when times were good ...and I like that!
