A most disappointing stock

All my optomism of the last year has faded.  I dont know whats wrong with this puppy. Not enough shares outstanding to generate a real market?  An anemic dividend..7 cents...cmon back in the day when commodity players were on a roll , special divys were the norm...
I see that Cormark has raised their target to 25...good luck with that...tho  honestly..why not

Here we are in an inflationary debacle...sitting with an enviable portfolio of commodity plays.. and we just cant get no respect?
