When Are The Spinouts Going To Be Completed...?

Weren't the spinouts of Sugarloaf and Kay Royalties supposed to take place this month? If they still haven't been done, has a new timeframe for the spinouts been announced? If so, anyone know where I can find this info online as it doesn't seem to appear on AMC's website....?
