RE:RE:Let's Hope Eco Atlantic's Tullow is a weird creature, they clearly failed hedging up last year, albeit they needed to to pull off their refinancing. They have relationships with who'd you'd expect to buy their non-core assets (think Uganda). So I think there are maybe 3 majors that have remote interest.. I think given their weak position they are getting low balled, which is what it is. They basically threw in the towel on non Ghana production. In fact their former CEO fresh with new cash is a competitor in the African production space. That being said companies that could get things going are:
