I would vote that Aoi keeps and finances at least or better a bigger part of its share of Venus if possible. It is very seldom that you discover a second gas or oil field with the same potential as Venus during your lifetime. Venus has got all ingredients to become a lucrative cash cow. And because it is offshore it has a much lower political risk than any onshore field in Africa because only major oil companies have the know how to operate such a deep water discovery and in the case the relationship with the politicians turns sour they could sail away with their FPSO vessel. Moreover I doubt that Mr. Hill finds another farmin chance which is more attractive than Venus. It is no surprise that the newspapers name the offshore basins in Namiba and South Africa as the hottest exploration acreage globally.
