I suppose we are on the same page as to patience and we are both long? 


That being said Il ask your opinion on 3 topics:

Why did KH lie about international taxation of dividends? Take a look for yourself 

Why did KH buy back only 17 million shares while promising no dillution? Take a look at the capital structure on the website, it was 17 million shares granted. Which were acquired at the top of the 52-week high then immediately stopped.

Is KH known for his quick movement on aquisitions? He himself said the dividend wasn't well received due to its paltry nature.

the question becomes is the buyback transparent? It used to be... Can KH better explain why longs don't deserve a bigger dividend? Can he explain the random inefficient nature of the buyback?
