RE:Where Is the Board of Directors?

RE:Where Is the Board of Directors?Look at who is on the board... Will tell you why it keeps going... You would think the big shareholder would get a little ticked...

Simply shameful to talk about shareholders and do absolutely nothing about it... off at one point today 58% from 52 week high, when oil is pretty much flat... They just keep filling the coffers and use paper writeoffs to avoid taxes.. But that isn't helping anything..

If they really cared about the shareholders, knowing the first time BB didn't work and this time BB's haven't worked, they should have increased the dividend... 20% up is 1 cent a share, so an extra 4.6M in a year... Wow, but the world would see you doing something for the shareholders...

Really poor management in my opinion... I still have a little profit left and should go elsewhere, but they have a lot of good prospects... They should hire new management that would do something with this... If you ever need to do an offering would be better at a much higher price... Someone could take them out offering 2.50 a share (25%  approx up) for $1.2B and have near that much in resources (or more with preowi) and own 6% of Venus etc for nothing..

Shameful when most oil companies paying higher dividends and some buybacks... Isn't next year when Canada may tax buybacks so that will probably stop (not 100% sure)..

Signed, loser investor :(
