Great Deal

They got $1-3B in carry and derisked all Namibia freeing up all AOI cash while securing a 20yr+ revenue stream on entitled 30-60K+ bbl day by 2030 and 200-400M bbl entitled reserves.

Best part is Namibia is now 98% confirmed commercial.
