Financing

Happy to see insiders participating.
Not so happy that all the recent shorts will likely cover through the financing.
Also not happy that a large part is units resulting in warrants possibly overhanging the market (they didn't detail the acceleration clause).
Agree with Molly though that Management decided that this is the best choice (any type of financing is dilutive...no way around it). 
Hopefully most will be purchased by long term investors, maybe more by Yamaha!

Westcoast...really?  When was the last time you bought the basement price and also got the priviledge of a warrant?  Really?  This is deserving of praise for insiders?  The last price was .86...how many warrants were offered to long standing shareholders?  If investors won't, can't, discern, question, raise expectations on management of publicly traded companies ...more
