I'm heavy into Allied, and quality office in general with similiar large holding in Dream Office REIT.  This company is lightly levered, only about 33% debt ot capital. At almost a 50% discount to NAV, this is implying a near 30% haircut to reported IFRS property values. I'll admit those NAV values are still likely high given the change in rates, but a 30% implied fall in NAV is
